No smoking (2011) tells the story of a foreign traveler who arrives at a train station and sees that his intention of throwing his cigarette bud on the platform could become a 'butterfly effect' causing the end of the world. As he describes his vision in a voice over (in Portuguese) the train station announcer translates his thoughts into English. Although everyone present at the train station could hear the announcements, no one pays attention to them, as they are only interested in their own traveling arrangements. A train spotter hears the prediction and interferes in the chain of cause and effect.
